Only 2 people working and they were extremely busy. Nothing bad to say about the 2 working busting their butts they were great just a long long wait and poor managing by management to not have more then 2 employees at lunch time.

I love their smoothies, and I have been coming here for years for them. My favorite is the detox smoothie plus the turbindao for added sweetness. I also regularly order the kale apple slaw and lays baked chips. Today was the first time I tried a bowl and it was delicious. I ordered the Nutella acai bowl minus the coconut flakes or chia seeds though, and I will probably order it again.

Have you been to the other tropical smoothies? Particularly, the Silverado Ranch and Maryland location is rude but this location is great Katie at night is the best i. Serving customers their food with a smile Chris in the morning is also another person who has been truly great to us. Enjoy this location. Customer service is often lacking at other stores so this location is a gem. Please stay the same. Thank you!

My first time trying this, gone in 5mins...now a yr later still delicious...its either a everyday or every other day thing for me...also if u become a member n scan ur bar code from ur receipts u earn points...those points turn into rewards for free items...definitely a must try...I diner in, take out n delivery...

Friendly service. Bathrooms were clean. She made my smoothie just the way I like it. I order a blast smoothie and added about 4 other things. I asked for it to be thick- don’t like watery smoothies (people with texture issues understand). That smoothie gave me life as I continued my day trip in Vegas

I did not get a chance to get the young lady's name who is working the front today. It was exremely busy today and she was by herself and despite that she was so pleasant and her customer service is top notch. This is my 3rd encounter with her and she is awesome! She deserves a raise and recognition!

Tropical Smoothie is hands down one of my favorite places to grab something fresh, delicious, and energizing! Every time I visit, I’m impressed by how consistently good everything is — the smoothies are always made perfectly, with real fruit flavors that taste clean and vibrant, not overly sweet or artificial like some other places. The menu has such a great variety, whether I’m in the mood for something refreshing and light or something a little more filling and packed with protein. I love that they offer healthier options too, and it’s easy to customize exactly what you want. Their food options are just as good — the wraps, flatbreads, and bowls are fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a quick, satisfying meal. The staff at this location are always friendly, upbeat, and efficient. Even when they’re busy, they keep the line moving and still take the time to make you feel welcome. The store is always clean and well-kept, and the atmosphere is bright and positive — exactly the kind of vibe you want when you’re grabbing something to fuel your day. Whether I’m stopping by after a workout, during a busy day, or just to treat myself to something good, Tropical Smoothie never disappoints. Five stars all the way!
